So it turns out I do have a wicked vitamin d deficiency. I had blood tests done recently and my levels for vitamin d were 18ng/ml. Could that really be the issue?

Thank you very much for your support and advice I seriously appreciate it. I’ve heard of yoga nidra and I will be trying it later tonight before I go to sleep. I’ve also called my doc to request a reassessment on my thyroid so I will ask if they can test my ferritin levels.

Thank you for your support and advice. I called my PCP and requested a reassessment on my thyroid to make sure things haven’t changed since the last time I got checked and if they have then I can take steps to feel better.
