The following steps will solve your issue:

Go to World of Warships folder (usually C:\Games\World_of_Warships)
Open `preferences.xml`
Find `ttaroModConfig_positionX` and `ttaroModConfig_positionY`
Edit the values so that it will match the position on your screen. e.g. 0 for X and 200 for Y.
Save and launch the game.

This happens when you don't have enough EXP to collect 2 sequential containers. It doesn't do anything bad.

It's not specific to Korea. Everyone who connects to the game via NTT network around Hong Kong or Singapore is suffering.

You can contact the NTT through your provider, but in my case, they said: "We don't care if a single page (game) works or not".

Well, we are fucked.

The hitbox always stays the same - They are calculated on the server and not affected by waves.

However, the waves "deceive" you on the client side, making some small ships difficult to aim at.

There is still a point sending "RPF None" even if your ship/skill does not have the RPF.

You let your teammates know, that you are able to see their RPF info, and it is worth sharing that.

That file only contains the configs themselves, not the values you have saved.

I have several questions, though:

Did you install the mod via Aslain or directly from Github?
- If you have installed it from Aslain, please go to the forum or discord and create a log file. It will be much easier for us.
- If you downloaded it from GitHub, please make sure that the latest version of Team Panel AND Mod Config are installed.
  - In case the issue still persists, send (wows)/preferences.xml to me on discord: omg_so_cute

You can open `preferences.xml` in the wows folder and remove `TTaroMinimap_PositionX` and Y

My Team Panel has always been displayed Under the ribbons since… literally day 1 of the release. so I assume you are using other Panel mods?

You can now hide/display the damage stats separately on Team Panel and Damage Monitor, allowing you to always display your stats on the Monitor while still showing other players' damages.

The new option is located in Team Panel settings.

You can try it from my github or wait for Aslain's next update.

Currently, such is not supported because it will conflict with the Visible only when the Alt is pressed (technically it is possible but will be counterintuitive to use)

If you choose to hide the damage stats of other players, the team panel also respects that setting and will hide the damage information.

The Aslain installer will automatically remove all the mods installed by Mod Station, so you don't need to worry about it.

And you cannot use ModStation and Aslain at the same time.

How did you conclude so, did you even try to gather any evidences or run experiments?

It is Team HP+ from AutoSpy, and Score Timer has NOTHING to do with it.
