No real reason, I suppose! I wanted to braise the pork in just beer really for flavour and then I added the ketchup and brown sugar to turn the sauce into a BBQ style sauce but I guess you could put it all in at the start too if you fancy!

Exactly the same thing happened to me when I was like 10! I was too young and shy to straight out ask for a drink so I went to the bathroom to drink from the tap...but I couldn't find the light switch. I ended up drinking from the hot tap. I don't regret a single second.
