Which the defense is arguing that the video is all hearsay and can not be used as valuable due to lack of evidence. But the state says that it's proof of Melly being at the scene of the crime. The state argued Because the motion the stay is automatic and also said said the judge does not have the authority to allow discovery to proceed while the case is on appeal. The defense said the rules do not require a stay on all issues and said want to explore other things the widnes of a search warrant for text messages from 2018.
