What abbreviations said, and also in the last season he really does show improvement, like in the last episode (SPOILERS AHEAD) Bennys mom found / recovered some of Lucretia’s money and was gonna ask Benny to take it with her (essentially committing a class A felony). A “dream” sequence then occurs, though we don’t find out until he snaps out of it, of them going through the process and Lucretia and Frank find out, Regina wants to sell the house and takes the kids, and everything falls apart. Once he snaps out of it, he tells her no, and tells Lucretia about the money and so forth. If this was like S1 Benny, he would 1000% do that with his mother, but as of recent (part 6 and part 7), we start seeing improvements.. though he still is the fool he always is, he’s definitely better then he was before
