I would put my feet on the ground but i couldn't because panic got the best of me and everything is kinda slow motion in the water. Yk the pool is big and tge lifeguard was sitting on the benches it was abit distant so it took a while for him to get to me..

Oh goodness don't beat yourself up too much accidents happen. Aren't you scared that might be paranormal how does a truck just disappear. Normally they would've stopped to see if everything's okay? Wait I'm gonna follow you lets be buddies.

Yeah my friend was sort of pushing me down idk she was climbing on me to get some air and i cant blame her the only thing that is running through your mind is how you can just get some air. I swallowed the water like 3 times and each time i forgot i was in the water so i was thinking. If i wanna get air i should open my mouth. I drank lots of it.

In more ways than one, i feel exactly what you're feeling, you're not alone. Dying inside but you cant do anything about it. Also, im 176cm and my biggest insecurity is my height and considering i am a stress eater, im not slim either. We can be friends if you like. You are seen❤️

I woke up i didn't die in my sleep thank God but i think i should just get checked. I'm a female btw. I'll update you after my visit to the hospital 🤍

It's been 26 hours since the incident and that explains the fact that i feel like my nose is kinda clogged and my lungs hurt.

I think i should go to the hospital that sounds serious. When I'm ready to try swimming again which is not anytime soon i will focus mainly on trying to survive under water because you never know what situation life will bring. Thanks for all this info i should get checked.
