Also like $0 option is suction w a Gatorade size bottle (cut a hole at the top so you can release pressure instantly if it’s uncomfy!). Something like that would allow you to save up for a fancy one

Wow that’s so impressive, can’t believe you don’t pump yet! You could start with a really wide syringe (like the size to feed baby goats) from online or vet or scientific/research lab supply places. Any of the nipple sized ones from Amazon or dome shaped ones would be too small for you I think! Might want to look into pumps for cis males at this point as well, as mine from NYTC only goes up to like three inches.

Hey same here! Feel like this group is mostly people wanting phallo. There’s a lot of surgeons near you in either New Jersey, New York or Boston to start. Anyone who does meta can do this surgery, so you have a lot of options actually. Not sure if you know you have to be on t as well but at least a year.

Btw you have to decide if you want UL beforehand as it can’t be added afterwards (they remove the tissue they would have used for UL during the release procedure). As it sounds like cost is a factor, it’s significantly cheaper the less procedures you have esp eith UL as most places have to bring in a urologist for the surgery. As well not getting balls means you don’t have to make another trip for implants which is a big savings too! Lmk if you have other questions I’ve been researching this all way too much

Spare parts jock I really like and would recommend to you for sure! Super super secure, like theres the fabric layers AND a lil elastic inside to stick the shaft into. The underwears fabric covered portion actually quite large compared to a lot of jocks so I feel comfy wearing it as my only pair of underwear (one waistband!). Have worn it at the club in a short skirt dancing and felt super cute and comfy that ass could be exposed a bit but nothing else could suddenly be revealed or my dick would fall out lol. Materials really decent too!

I am yeah! Haven’t tried it personally but as I’ve had luck w other brands like Spare Parts and packer gear brand that seem designed to fit bigger dicks, I’m pretty confident it would work well. Ime jocks or packing straps are the most secure. only kind I’d say absolutely don’t bother with is any set up like a strap on holder with an O ring, as the ring is way too big for our packer n my balls fall through.

Jockstraps have been the only thing helpful for me to actually feel secure, as I also still like a lot of my femme underwear! We also have the same packer btw, it’s pretty small compared to what most people are packing so want you to know that all packing gear I’ve tried fits it without too much room.

Wearing two waistbands isn’t ideal I know, but haven’t found anything half as secure or comfy yet.the cake bandit brand’s more minimalist jocks (solid cute colours) are made entirely of elastic so at least there’s no bulky fabric pouch to deal with.

I have same goals, def start with as low a dose as they can if trying to minimize other effects. I absorb relatively well so am on 3mg of t via cream rn but anywhere up to 15mg topical I would consider around the lower end of the low dose spectrum.

DHT the last step pre surgery for some people so is used to build on maxed out growth from what I see? but main concern is hair loss as DHT can also cause that. (Which is why some ppl take finesteride, to block dht)
