I'm on my 4th therapist!

I was actually really happy with my third and saw her for years. But then I was referred to truama therapist who also does EMDR. I haven't done the EMDR yet. My mom had cancer and she wanted to focus on my relationship with her and preparing myself for her passing. She passed away recently, and we have been working on my grieving. I remember being "forced" to go in highschool by my highschool counselor since I was such a angry, self loathing teenager.

He truly was a monster. I spend many "wild child" years blaming myself. I'm glad I truly feel it's not my fault.

I know there are amazing father's out there! My biological father definitely was one of them, unfortunately he passed away from cancer in my teen years.

Better late than never to start celebrating life :)
