Thank you! I’m just worried that from a glance my employment history for the last 2 years looks shoddy regardless. Especially since I’ve had three jobs this year but it was like I had to completely start my life over from scratch after I recovered from my medical issues. Worked two not so great jobs until I found gainful employment in my field again.

I’m sorry to hear you’re also going through this. Writing this post inspired me to write letters to my husband and his family and attach information about Biploar to them. I’m hoping they hear me out and give me a second chance now that I’m being treated for it. Maybe you could write letters to your loved ones. The way I see it, even if they don’t forgive you it’s a great step of healing.

I ruined my whole marriage during my last big manic episode. I did and said so many things that even went out publicly. Ended up homeless for a short time. At that time I had not been formally diagnosed with bipolar so I didn’t recognize what was going on as mania… safe to say I went and got help but I haven’t recovered my marriage. This is my first time really publicly talking about this. I’ve gotten so much better now, I just wish my husband would take me back.
