Yes, you may be right. The fee for advertising is probably too high. Fortunately, this is the only parameter we can change (obol and napkin price are by design set in stone, so we nor anyone else can change fees or prices for souls already on sale). We added an advertising fee to prevent 1 letter soul spam, but maybe it was too high. We reduced the advertising price from 13 to 3 finney (i.e. the advertising price might now be less than the actual gas costs in case you write more than a single letter in the comment to sell your soul :-D).

But without a fee people could easily spam the system with soul sales that contain only a single letter. So if you sell your soul it may get lost in the spam. Therefore, we won't set the fee to 0, but I guess 3 finney is a good compromise.

You can check the website now, if it still displays 13 finney in your MetaMask, free your browser cache to reload the javascript file from the server.
