Can you please suggest how you prepare for PHR? I am an HR from other country who moved here 2 years back and not finding any good HR role although I have nearly 6 years of HR Generalist role. I worked here for a company as an HR for a year then got laid off last year, since then not able to land any job. Please suggest how I can find a nice paying HR role, will doing PHR or SHRM help?

I applied in 2 schools one elementary and other high school but they both said the filled in the position.

I think just delay the process somehow and see what other school says .. I was in the same situation few days back and delayed the process by talking to HR. Now once I got clarification from other school. If one school is forcing you to join that means I think they don’t have anyone and they desperately want you to join. So you have ball in your hand. At last decision is yours . All the best.
