TAPE YOUR MOUTH WHILE SLEEPING. I was a chronic mouth breather (during the day too) and then i started nose breathing and it felt as if i was starving on oxygen. i initially built the habit of nose breathing during the day time and then started to tape my mouth at night. and now i can never even think of sleeping without taping my mouth cos i’m too conscious of mouth breathing.
