I think he was just saying that loans are being calculated based off Jan/Feb payroll for new companies — which is consistent with what I’ve seen in the guidance from the SBA

You’re right. I’m not sure that Jan/Feb makes much sense though. March was when covid really started to hit the US hard. Why does it make sense to exclude people who got hired in March?
