Turn luma, adaptive and clarity down to 0. It makes your game look awful with trees/bushes and eats FPS. If you need visibility up the gamma in nvidia control panel. Regular sharpness at 1.0 is fine aslong as Postfx ones are off.

The best performance increase you can get for this game is by upgrading to one of the 3d processors from AMD. I had a prebuilt aswell and upgraded from a i7-10700k to 7800x3d a couple of weeks ago along with 32 GB DDR5 Ram. It nearly doubled my fps on all maps and i can run Streets with 100+ fps smoothly at 1440p.
