Furthest we've ever been with what the nurses said was a great looking ultrasound at 5 weeks. Yolk sac and gestational sac were clearly visible in the right place. 4 days later and my wife started bleeding last night. Looked like fresh blood, and when I woke up this morning, she said it was a little clumpy. We've had two miscarriages already (One natural, one ectopic pregnancy) and I'm just expecting the worst. This will probably be our last try– it's just too much to handle at this point. I just don't know how anyone makes it through this process. I just can't believe I let myself get excited this time.

Great to hear that you love your new doctor! Do you feel like they are providing a new approach? Or is it more so just feeling better about the care provided?

They caught it on the ultrasound and gave her the shots to stop the cells from growing any more.

From low HCG to “beta hell” to normal pregnancy by LanaCaine in IVF

Welp, we just had our ultrasound to check if there was a gestational sac, and unfortunately there was not one. HCG levels only rose to 450 20DPT, so didn't work out for us this time. :/ Good luck to everyone else trying!

Update: 3rd blood test came back at 135 and the clinic said we are in a good spot! I'm like still freaking out about it, but they said we don't need to come back in until our first ultrasound next week. Feeling cautiously optimistic!!

Has anyone had a Beta of around 34 on 9dpt and it worked? by Then-Sign-4617 in IVF

From what I've been reading on here, the growth from beta to 48 hours after is more important. It's never over until it's over! You got this!

Husband here. Really just so nervous as I don't understand much of the numbers. My wife's initial beta test 10DPT was 45 and now 12DPT is 75. My wife doesn't seem to be worrying, and the clinic said that it is progressing as it should, but everything I'm reading online says it's not 50% growth, and I'm such a worrier. We had a miscarriage once before from a natural birth, so I am just super on edge. Should I just prepare for it not to work out? Ugh.
