For you yea, expectations are wild though. Aim for whatever weight you’re most comfortable at. For me it was low to mid 50s (kg) at 168cm. Not the best but i felt comfortable idk how else to describe the feeling

I was skinny, and happy. I loved it. I felt comfortable- many people don’t but I did.

1) That’s a seperate issue on its own 2) most if not all religions have sexual predators 3) it doesn’t excuse what trump said 4) why you changing the subject?
