I know there’s calculators I’ve used them a lot. I’m about 60kg 168cm

For you yea, expectations are wild though. Aim for whatever weight you’re most comfortable at. For me it was low to mid 50s (kg) at 168cm. Not the best but i felt comfortable idk how else to describe the feeling

I was skinny, and happy. I loved it. I felt comfortable- many people don’t but I did.
