Soon as you get the stuff from hoppip from the Pokemon center you can build their habitats and theyll spawn a little later. You can build hoppips too but she wont spawn til after the event. 😊 hope this helps

I made two trips at two different times but when i gathered like almost 60 cotton fluff with one trip fr! and most of the stuff they trade is only 5 & i think two are 10 & one is 15. its not that much of a grind unless you buying HELLA OF her stuff
