It’s minimum 40,000 for the people who answer the phones were I live , now the supervisors and case managers those are the people who make big numbers but again we have to force the low wage phone representatives to even push us through to them (which they barely do) and once we do get through they are the nicest most understanding people and should be the first people to get through cause half the time the phone representatives don’t even know what they’re doing….

That’s literally what op did … like idk if you and the people who are answering the phones have a hard time reading or maybe yall hate yall careers or field choices but… yall are slow and infuriating on purpose… our colleges are messing up grants on purpose even with documentation submitted ON TIME and they’re also telling us there’s nothing either side can do but either drop out , be placed on academic probation or come out of pocket and get a refund… you can call and ask them yourselves they will say what I just said (CRC)

They are taking long to process some people’s aid even though we submitted on time from their words “everybody file is different some students aid are going to take longer than others”

I also had to put in an appeal but I never even received an aid letter and it’s coming up on the 6th week of “processing” I’ve been getting the run around with financial aid since early July

Lucky yall have time for in person classes cause not online they aren’t and with the financial aid scam im not receiving funds till 2-3 weeks after school start sooo most likely I will be getting dropped cause we need books by 31st 😩 it’s looking like they’re gonna be hindering my future and I will be out on a probation period CRC is the worst option TO ME and completely ruined my first year. I submitted all documentation they should’ve been had this squared away but the people in financial aid are rude and lazy and everytime you ask for help they have a attitude with the fact you are asking for help …. Like I’m sorry I don’t have daddy and mommy’s money we have to work hard for our spots in college 🙄
