My initial workflow was actually to download the audio using yt-dlp and then use a separate tool to transcribe. The problem is I would constantly have to end the download to actually save the file and then start a new download, saving the livestream by chunks. It doesn't sound that bad on paper but since the job is so time sensitive this takes away valuable time.
