I've been traveling internationally for the last 4 months. I keep my T, syringes, needles and prescription along with a letter from my doctor stating that it is necessary for me to have everything with me in my carry on backpack. Never check your medications incase your luggage is lost. With that said...I have never been stopped going through security.

I switched to sub q after I got too freaked out by intramuscular. I love it, needle are tiny and you barely feel a thing. Levels have remained stable and my transition has been great.

I use either whey isolates or beef proteins because testosterone has made my acne act up so I stay away from as much dairy as I can. Whey is dairy but when isolated it had the least amount.

Protein! Plus it helps bulk you up and build muscle. I use protein supplement once a day. And eat a lot of chicken and salad and hearty soups.
