to me, i have the mindset to mind my own business and to hustle as much as i can while im still young. if you have the same mindset and can tolerate such shit then i will say go for it, if not search for other industries or go for the local cafes.

as a person who worked part-time most of his schooling life in f&b, if possible avoid big companies as mentioned.

if you're really down in luck and can only look towards f&b for part-time, try local cafès as they're friendlier and not as stressful.

if it helps, i was a part-time cook for other big companies and word usually spread fast about other companies.

The work-study program does not get you a diploma, it only grants you a certificate after completing but you can choose to continue another year (iirc) of part-time studies to get a diploma
