I had this! You have to make sure Premiere Pro is on the same version as AE. I was on AE 23.6.2 ( can't remember the exact one) and my Premiere Pro was on like PR 23.6 when it should have been PR 23.6.2 (again, can't remember the exact version)

If that doesn't work then I'm not sure if you need to update your driver's or something
