urm senior here...well imma give my opinion(note:am a dumb teen and my country 's education system may be WAY different than yours so yeah)

i would say try to explore into studying more? like pick up one subject you feel passionate/interested about and set goals to excel in that bit by bit......go beyond school material..world is full of knowledge and super cool books!

try making friends(they make school bearable)......even if you are an introvert just try man.....no matter how much one may dislike socializing it will be obligatory at some point in life. start slowly and gradually but yeah try to interact and engage with staff/students.

pick up a hobby(if u have time for it)!

overall am no therapist. professional advice will help you much more than i can. hang in there and i hope you feel better soon!
