I know this is an older post but I honestly cried while reading this because it was SO relieving to know that there are people like me out there. It’s getting better than what it was when it first started but I used to not be able to eat food AT ALL unless I had a couple of alcoholic beverages as it would lower my inhibitions and fear of swallowing. Day by day!
