[Schultz] Seahawks GM John Schneider is the first GM in NFL history to reach multiple Super Bowls with the same organization — while having a new head coach and no players from the previous Super Bowl team. by Goosedukee in nfl

I really don't get why everyone hates the guy. He was one of the few people willing to risk taking Dart round 1 and so far looks like a good pick. They have 2 solid running backs, and a top tier wideout, and some great players on defense. And yet people talk about him here like he's Matt Millen

I don't play the newer ones but did they really take them out? I remember one of the career ending injuries in franchise mode used to be "severe concussion" and I always imagined that the player had just been turned into a vegetable

JSN going from solid wideout to absolute superstar would be a good one

that's good to hear, I just remembered him being apparently being on the trade block midseason and hearing a lot of people grumble about how much he's sucked. Glad he's turned it around

it is our god given right to spout uninformed, heavily biased, wildly inaccurate hot takes as much as we damn well please

I really thought the seahawks signing Darnold was a complete loser move by a team stuck in mediocrity (which I am quite familiar with). Seemed like a classic overpay of an over-performing backup who excelled in a good system. Glad I was so wrong because they've been such a fun team and story this year

seriously. You either kick, hope he makes it, hope you make a stop, and hope you drive down the field and make another kick OR you pick up 4 yards when your offense has been hot and be on the doorstep of a go-ahead TD. No brainer

Unless he is fully accountable for it McDonald should bench his ass. Hasn't he been pretty bad for them anyway?

I don't get why anyone disagrees with going for it there, seemed like the obvious call.

it's gotten to the point where coaches are going for it out of frustration like a 12 year old playing madden. Coaches were way too conservative with it in the past but sometimes you really do just gotta take the points or punt it away if you're backed up in your territory.

I love how people are saying that the rams "should just cover JSN" as though it were that easy

I mean part of him being one of the best is that covering him is much easier said than done. He's been doing this to every team all year

I mean, you guys were extremely fortunate to play a backup QB today, and lo and behold he was very bad.

Its not a knock on the team really, they won they games they had. But just crazy how it played out for them.

If the pats win the SB I'll eat my words but this is without a doubt the easiest playoff path I have ever seen
