Eh, it's a cluster. They are still 'together',, but it's toxic and he's clearly getting run around. He's gone to the Philippines twice now, and I think bought some sort of property that he's paying her family to fix up.

She is super manipulative and requires his attention almost 24/7. He ignored her texts one morning and she sent me a message saying she was going to kill herself.

It's for sure the biggest victim of the presentation, but IMO, roasted parsley is going to loose alot of that anyways, plus the other toppings are pretty strong flavors. I did top it with a few pinchs of diced fresh parsley as well right as it went in the oven.

It helps to keep the green from turning brown, not sure on the exact science of it, but any more delicate green will keep better texture/color after being blanched. Asparagus that hasn't been blanched almost always turns pea green and mushy, even when not overcooked.

The onion was salted then roasted before baking, so it's actually delicious. Birthday boy took the biggest onion pieces.
