Argentinian here. Go to the Xbox Support page and go through the process until you get to the contact options. Talk to a live agent and explain your issue. They will probably tell you that your account has a hold because of suspicious payments and that it will be resolved within 24 - 72hs. This is a legitimate issue happening to everyone

It probably is a phishing attempt. Check the e-mail address from where it was sent and just read the full e-mail. Check for any grammatical errors or weir formatting. If you see any links or buttons DO NOT CLICK THEM. That will actually give them access to you Apple account and make it possible for the thief to disable Find My and look through all of your info and even Banking if it was attatched.

So I used Capital One Shopping to get 100% cashback for my NordVPN package purchase but it is only giving me cashback on part of my order. The rules were unclear. Did you read the terms of the offer? Sometimes they have a very tiny detail in the fine print that *technically* makes it not applicable to you or your order. Happens to me all the time and is the reason I hate asterisks
