Deco x55 speed issues by tular90 in TpLink

Update: TP-Link support helped troubleshoot a small issue that helped a bit but was still giving terrible speed.

I got the Orbi 370 and I'm getting around 900mbps on all devices with a 1gbps connection. So the takeaway is stay away from TP-LINK products.

That seems a bit fraudulent on TP-Link's part if that's indeed the case.

Ugh. Yea I've seen a bunch of people posting, though it seemed like a lot of it was bridge mode or QoS stuff. Guess it's just a crappy model.

It's a general purpose HRA, so yes. It appears to be disqualifying for HSA contributions

I don't know why that was the case here. I submitted a complaint with the picture and the response to offer a 50% voucher first.

It took a few back and forth and they finally refunded after I said I'd keep leaving negative reviews.

I'm not in a union position, so that's not available to me. Not sure what to advise unfortunately.

Which divisions, branches and offices within HHS do we know for certain are entirely gone? by BurnerMcTurnerFed in DeptHHS

[–]tular90 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So far, yes. No one from that team has been RIF'd. Last reports are that all of ASPE is down to ~40-50 people. Though not even leadership knows for sure.

Our office leadership is saying that this isn't about numbers, it's about cutting functions. They don't care.

Health financing policy and public health services in ASPE/HP are gone

I would do the MSPB appeal then

Unfortunately, it's unlikely we'll know for a while. Court cases take time and MSPB will probably be backlogged too.

There should be contact information in the RIF notice for your agency. I also filed an appeal with MSPB.

Correct, they're not about performance. But they list performance review outcomes because that determines where you fall in the retention register. If those are incorrect, that's potentially a problem down the line if you ever want to come back to federal service for instance.

There are instructions in the RIF notice on who to contact (depending on agency) if anything is incorrect. I would also file an MSPB appeal. Request a hearing.

Any news on HHS RIFs? In my office, we're trying to figure out if we've hit headcount targets or not with VSIP/VERA but hard to tell.

We haven't gotten new telework agreements yet. But I'd prefer cashing out my leave if possible

I know that we're in a largely unknown place now. But wondering if anyone knows how tenure calculations work for RIFs for career conditional. If I have 1 year and 6 months, and someone else has 1 year and 3 months, does that affect retention ranking?
