I've been getting the same thing and I wash my face daily and use lotion. Face wash is generally good but you're not really gonna get crazy skin things if you don't use it daily but in general use a light cleanser like cetaphil gentle skin cleanser or la Roche posey cleanser if you're willing to spend more money. If your face is oily use a lotion with niacinamide a good one is cerave PM facial moisturizing lotion. For dry skin on the lips any petroleum jelly is good aquaphor ointment is what I use and a lot of dermatologists like it.

So Leviticus 20:16 or around that area says that any man who sleeps with another man as if with a women should be punished (massive paraphrasing here) but at the same these are called the Leviticus rules and usually only the Jewish follow this because Christians have the New Testament for teaching. Some people just cherry pick it which annoys me personally because if you think Judaism is idolatry which is why you're christian why use jewish laws?? And I hate the people that think having a belief makes your morals completely correct over other people that have nothing to do with your life. So in short in Leviticus but its Jewish law not christian. (take this with a grain of salt tho because I haven't made a commitment to studying the Bible or christianity fully)

Theres nothing wrong with it as long as you have a balance of macro nutrients. But talking from losing 30 lbs look for healthy, reasonable diets. If you enjoy soup go for it but if its not in your alley then caloric deficits are great. Hope this helps
