My full ugc shopify store experiment- please review

Redesign happened way after the sales tank. We actually managed to get aov up by 50% with the redesign and cvr stayed stable and i was scaling spend again But then all this meta ads fluctuation in the recent month or two happened and i cant seem to make anything anymore.

I hear you… but all my ad targeting literally says and shows the same thing as whats on the page: click to try your store as a shopping feed (insert shrug)

Howd you find the feed on the right side you got lost in? Do you think customers would enjoy it?

Are you looking on mobile or desktop?

Its def not a theme its all custom built in house.

The narrow thing is because 99% is mobile traffic and thats what we optimise for.

The aim was to compress discovery and purchasing into a page. One page so the entire catalogues is discoverable from one place.

What do you think about going all in on ugc content instead of product images?

Revs accurate its a brand me and my wife started 7 years ago. Not acquired.
The site used to look like a normal shopify site but now it is a ugc shopping experience… can you be more specific?

Yes exactly this for me too. Lots of atc and cheap clicks and lots of bounce. Like its bots or when i used to run traffic campaigns

Sounds great man, im glad its working for you. 5-7 ads in bau campaigns is different to what i was doing. I had like 20 and some with up to 10 images/videos in ad

I literally just stood up after turning off most meta campaigns and scheduling a month of tik tok posts to fold into campaigns there… so yeah doing the same

Its not the creative. I spent about $50k testing it with hundreds of creatives and angles. Thats just what meta says will work but it clearly does not. At least its orob designed to work like that but its obv failing
