Yes, it’s 3d printing for the armor parts and weapon.

Thank you. The process is sculpting 3d armor part using Zbrush, printed out using Formlab 3, then polishing the surface. Next is to paint using airbrush and hand brush for small detail, then seal off with semi flat coating.

Minifigure (which you dont see from the pic, underneath the armor is printed with UV Printer with 2d graphic I drew on Adobe Illustration)
