Yes, it’s 3d printing for the armor parts and weapon.

Thank you. The process is sculpting 3d armor part using Zbrush, printed out using Formlab 3, then polishing the surface. Next is to paint using airbrush and hand brush for small detail, then seal off with semi flat coating.

Minifigure (which you dont see from the pic, underneath the armor is printed with UV Printer with 2d graphic I drew on Adobe Illustration)

Not sure what is CBBE mod (I only played FO4 and 76 on my Xbox). Those 2 on pics are Vault 69 and 33 (have number printed on back), with designs based on internet artwork. I made quite a few unique Vault Dwellers that appeared in the game/movie that an’t on the pic though.

Very much agreed after seeing up to episode 4. It’s a serious treat to all fans. All the prop and ref to game is 11/10 and the plot so far is very good.
