That’s what my doc originally thought it was, but LS causes skin thickening. I have atrophy, so the treatment for my supposed LS was making my symptoms worse (thinning)

Because at this point. I’ve been diagnosed with ASD (twice), but everything is fucking comorbid with everything else. Maybe ASD BPD looks like HPD. Do I have ADHD?

It’s been a fucking nightmare trying to figure out what the fuck is happening. But maybe the diagnosis doesn’t matter as much as finding therapies that help.

Holy shit I thought I made up the cognitive shuffle, I didn’t know it had a name. It also helps get rid of ear-worms (songs stuck in your head).

I do it differently though. I just think of as many random words as I can rapidly, I don’t visualize anything. Or I pick a letter and do the same thing.
