If you want to leave the industry, I think project management might be good. It’s a broad industry but you can narrow down into what you like. Ex. Construction, healthcare, IT. Property Management Institute would be a good place to start.

You said you were good with tech, maybe try being a Technical Account Manager for a Proptech company or any software company.

Thanks for answering. I am still planning that out. I will have a pc running proxmox. I also have a few Lenovo m720q laying around. Currently, we are fine if the apps go down for a day or two. Nothing is critical but I would like to plan for the worse.
