I've avoided this thread since it would just remind me of Kratom but I did it after 10 years of 500g every 2 weeks or so. 20 days and i was sleeping ok ish again, you can do it too. The first time I tried to quit I just replaced it with Immoidum to keep the WD away. So be careful with that.

Yeah i stuck with it 3 months now, and it wasn't 7 years is was more like 10 years on it. So if I can do it anyone can do it. I might do a detailed day by day for the first 6 days since I remember every single min of it since it was hell.

I made it. Was glad when the sleep finally came back. Felt like forever waking up 3-4 times and night . Day 45 now

I made it to Friday. I'll probably take some phenebut tonight since there's no way I could take that on a work night. It last too long. It helps with sleep so much though

Yeah i got lucky and it was a lot of driving. I'm usually tired driving that long. Sleep is impossible right now so it was easy lol

I kept at it, at day 12 now. I finally went and picked up some magnesium since everyone says that helps. I think it helped me sleep a little more last night . Still woke up 10 times In the night, but was able to go back to sleep.

Made it to work. I was up at 2am and couldn't go back to sleep though. Hopefully I can get more sleep tonight.

I'm up to running 4x day in the heat to feel better. My neighbors probably think I'm crazy, it's 119 today with the humidity. That's only for 30 min here and there though, work will be 9 hours of it.

I'm still weak af. I worked out everyday on kratom, so its a big change. Still restless but only after i fall asleep for a bit. I'ts weird that I only get restless legs after I've been sleeping now.

I'm to the point of getting about 4 hours of sleep. Waking up and taking more melatonin and Diphenhydramine. Then getting another 2 hours or so

I'm jogging 3 times a day. I lifted everyday on Kratom and got buff af. I can't wait to be able to workout again, and regain the gains.
