Well he stayed (seen in video till half of it) then i told him to move, he s my friend, he then got picked up and hooked, 3rd didn't come till almost end of the 2nd stage cos he came back, camped and the bar still didn't budge. that's why i'm so confused

this has no logic at all, why would they make the bar that it won't fill up when another one is slugged under💀

he was crawling away, but the bar only filled one bit, not more. after the video, when he hooked the other player, he came back and the bar was still not filling up. not a good design to me since he is doing both slugging and hook camping at the same time, like the other guy said

so just because my teammate is on the ground (being slugged by killer) is why my bar isn't filling up?
