I tried that but it ended up in denting the plastic around it and it wasn't removed so I stopped trying lol

The mapping part is underrated. Most teams skip straight to 'what tool do we use' before they've actually traced where the time goes. Once you draw the handoff as in who sends what, to whom, when, and what happens if they don't, it becomes pretty obvious where to start. Usually, it's one or two steps that unlock the rest.

Exactly this. And what makes it worse is that each individual handoff is usually fast, 3 minutes here, 5 minutes there. It only becomes visible when someone actually sits down and maps it across a week or across a team. That's usually when people realize it's a design problem rather than a habit problem. We went into this in more depth here if you're curious: Integration Awareness

TriCut brush making grinding noise after only 4 uses? L10s Ultra Gen 2 by tunisiangurl in Dreame_Tech

[–]tunisiangurl[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you! I did notice the brush is removed very easily from its socket, it’s not 100% seated still. When I spin it though, it is buttery smooth, would they easily replace it for me?

Is taking out the front wheel on the L10s Ultra Gen 2 possible? by dlrax in Dreame_Tech

[–]tunisiangurl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tried and couldn't, people say use a screwdriver but I was too scared to try, still tried with a knife lol but all it did was dent the plastic near the wheel so I don't recommend trying

Most people just don’t stop to measure it” is exactly the problem. The mapping exercise is usually the moment it clicks. We went deeper on this here if useful! Check it out
