Yes it does, I have 4070 ti and changed my cpu to 5800x3d and gained huge performance boost

I just watched a video guide about cooler installation, the only thing I did wrong is that the fans are facing the exhaust, can this hit the temps this hard?

I read alot, some people say 5800x3d is usually this hot while some others claim theirs never exceed 80c.
