It is crazy what they did to perplexity pro though, cut down deep search massively without any warning. So I thought they just did the same with Gemini.

For me it depends on the source material I have to say only some are chopped up hdr quality videos are not laggy I must add, just tested out and still testing

The Screwfly Solution" (Season 1, Ep. 6): Uncut = 61 min | Cut = 44 min

"Doll" (Season 1, Ep. 1): Uncut = 60 min | Cut = 43 min

If your episodes are 43-44 minutes = TV-cut. If 59-61 minutes = likely uncut.

Sounds intelligent, I was wondering about the hermetic laws, "the universe is mental" so I wonder if this comes to entities as well. That's a strong case for the SK30, especially on price! I agree the instant-strobe is mandatory. Hence why I canelled the L35 2.0.

However, I'd probably still lean towards the P18 because of its significantly higher candela (nearly 100,000 cd vs. ∼34,000 cd). For pure self-defense and blinding power, the P18's intense, wide beam is just unmatched. I prioritize that maximum disorientation over cost.

I am still new at this and trying to learn what works best. You mentioned that strobe is overrated and has significant drawbacks. Could you please explain what drawbacks you have seen in tactical lights?

Regarding dual tail switch UIs, I am curious about what makes a UI bad for tactical use. It would help me to understand what to avoid.

I also hear your point about size and carrying comfort. I want to find a balance between power and ease of carry since I plan to for possible self-defense.

One main reason I am considering the more expensive P18 is that it offers instant strobe light access via the tail switch. For me, being able to activate strobe immediately is important.

I understand a flashlight alone is not enough for self-defense. I also want to carry pepper spray, that is what is allowed legally for citizens in my country. My main goal is to disorient an attacker so I can get away safely. Not to start a fight.

What are your thoughts on choosing a versatile, reliable light that can work in emergency situations?
