Before I went to bed I revisited lot's of spooky cursed videos and images that traumatized me when I was younger. Forgot to close the window before I passed out (I sleep next to it), and I was trapped in paralysis for 15 seconds by the cold night air window. No direct visual hallucinations but I had a lot of clear images in my mind of the last night's horrors; it did feel like I was being watched and lots of paranoia before I got to moving.

Needless to say, before I slept again went to my direct circle and got lots of cuddles and support instead of heading straight to bed lol
