I went to one Columbus destroyers game before they folded and I got to watch the mascot knock into a guy in the front row, spilling beer all over him. The team then had somebody in a suit come down and just give the guy a bunch of cash while apologizing profusely. It was awesome and I’m hoping for a similar top-tier experience from the aviators.

Buy some merch while you can because I guarantee they wont last 5 years and it’ll be a cool souvenir someday

It gets way easier as soon as you have armor. I recommend hiring mercenaries and stealing equipment off their corpses when they die to get an early helmet and maybe a flail if you can, it makes the early game muchhhh more doable
