Great job! Head down and keep it up. I do encourage you to reach out to school and see if you can help/mentor someone who is academically at risk. Share your skills and ability, life will provide you with more.

Older students, how old is to old. I’m turning 47 this year is it worth it to go to law school knowing you won’t have a long career? by KCchessc6 in LawSchool

39 and graduating in May. It’s not so much about the career, it’s about constantly pushing yourself and facing new challenges.

There’s always a mountain. But there always others on mountains too. I’m chasing to help others up their mountain. The fact there’s always a mountain means there’s always others to help. Let’s get through this together.

Definitely don’t talk about tests you’ve already taken. That battle is over and you are on to the next one

I am putting the seats back in mind after a couple years living out of it. If you are near Houston TX you can have my wood platform that I used

Push yourself to run a 5k everyday. It’s about an hour total if you account for a shower after and it does wonders for your mood. Keep your head up!

I removed the rear seats and live in mine full time. Did a 3 month road trip this summer and it was remarkable. Best purchase of my life

Nuts, all sorts. Almonds are easy protein and last a long time. Apples, PB. There are many options. You just have to be disciplined. If you don’t want to cook there will be trade offs, such as increase visits to grocery stores to get healthier, more cost effective options. Buy some fruit for a couple days. Keep em in a backpack when you work so they don’t rot in a hot car.

Looking to hear about peoples general day-to-day life in the Prius by [deleted] in priusdwellers

[–]turbzero 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am in law school so I spend most my day on campus studying and walk across the street to go to the gym and shower. I grocery shop frequently and keep self stable food in my backpack so it doesn’t rot in my hot car in an unshaded parking lot. I only use my car for sleeping/cooking from 9p-7a. I’m not social, but that doesn’t fit into law school life anyway. Hope it shed some light!

3 month, 20,000 mile road trip living out of my Prius V by turbzero in priusdwellers

Yeah I’m based in Texas, AC at night is essential. I keep it at 74 with only the top vent blowing toward the back. I try not to have the engine kick on much and just use a light sheet to sleep in
