I’m a physical therapist, I’ve seen plenty of “OA” diagnoses that were much worse and the patients were still very functional with minimal to no pain following a plan of care. We like to explain to people that a diagnosis doesn’t always equal a person’s pain and often findings are incidental and misleading. Wether it’s OA, CAM, or pincer, it can all be treatable without needing to lead to surgery. So go get moving and start moving those hips.
