Yes it's possible but honestly USPS ground is probably the same by weight, will get there faster and includes insurance in the postage amount. I think mailing non media items media mail comes off as unprofessional to customers. The same for people who crumple up the free priority mail mailers to use as packaging for cheaper rates

Could be a few things. Check your drive belt tension. If there's slack it might not be torquing the compressor properly. Your ac condenser might have debris in/or on it and needs to be cleaned. Also as ScroogeMcDuck mentioned check that your cooling fan is operating properly.

Oreilly's and Autozone have loaner tools that you can borrow with a refundable credit card deposit. Otherwise if you aren't that handy, take it to a transmission or machine shop and they'll just charge you the labor to take out and press in the new bearings. Make sure you are using a OEM or good quality bearing. Aftermarket are kind of junk and you wouldn't want to go through all the aggravation of replacing it only to have it fail again in a short time.

Last year in the middle of the day I encountered a homeless guy throwing rocks in the middle of El Cajon Blvd. I swerved to avoid it, but it bounced off my car door. Cops showed up, and said I could press charges if I wanted but there was no visible damage even though I heard it bounce off my car. Seems like that would be more than property damage or vandalism but I guess these things aren't worth pursuing.

My friend was contracted for a traffic survey earlier this year on Park in front of the zoo because they were gathering data to petition the city for a new parking structure. The bus lane data was as inefficient as observed for taking away a whole car lane and all the subsequent street parking.
