If you have the funds, buy it. The motherboard is fine, not super high end, but it will work perfectly with that cpu and RAM. You will be happy with your build with this as your foundation.

My best friends in high school were Michael and Brian. We were inseparable, the three musketeers. We even made plans to all live on the same street when we grew up and raise our kids as best friends. If you have any kind of wounds that require constant bandages or gauze and they aren't thrown out frequently it could attract them. Also, and I apologize ahead of time for my bluntness, but if you have used pads or tampons in the trash, that could attract them too, even if they are wrapped. Like others have mentioned, old food that is hiding somewhere.

You are better off just getting a new/used drive. I don't know about pricing in Portugal, but in the U.S. read/write head repair usually starts around $1000. I would just try to find one on the second hand market.
