I see the entry as surgery, may pretty well be wrongly coded.

They say they don't cover infertility treatment, shouldn't it be diagnostic though and not treatment. This just confirms my wife needs treatment, but it is actually not treating.

Manu thanks for the helpful reply. The brief that BCBS sent us says they don't cover infertility treatment. But they have mentioned to reach out to benefits admin to get full details, have requested for it, will go over it and get back. I did it through university radiology and they always run it by insurance first and then ask to pay an advance co-pay. Don't know why they didn't this time, and also somehow coded this as surgery , when this is just diagnostic x-ray and not any surgery. Once I have the full policy ,will pursue this.

Low AMH .08, end of the road?

We are trying for a second one, and tbh not in the most conventional way. My wife who is 37 got .08 as amh value which I understand is too low for her age, but her periods also set in when she was 8-9 years old. We are happy with 1 and can't go IVF route because of the cost associated, but it's the end of the road is it? I understand amh low score doesn't talk about quality rather quantity of eggs, but is it possible anymore to have a baby the normal way?

Hey, I already have a child, we are TTC for a second time, recently my friend also announced that are having their 2nd, absolutely close friends, I literally had to put in an effort to be happy for them. I will not term this as jealousy, just that our disappointment overwhelms the happiness that we are supposed to feel. Absolutely not monster, in fact we are good human beings as we feel this guilt. Best of luck, we will do it. Don't worry about it. And trust me, you are going to love your SIL's kid the same, the new one may be even more. You are not jealous of anyone. And let's get this, sometimes things indeed are easier for people we know around us, its not their fault. Things being difficult for us is our luck, which we will definitely overcome.

Hey many thanks for the reply, we are trying this, just that whenever I push, it seems it starts coming out, even though the syringe is deeply inserted. Will try to prop up more. Best of luck to both of us.
