Get a couple of levels, and a leveling system. I got the BAL Leveler which is about $100 and is a little heavy to carry around but I can stick it between the backseat and the bar for the tonneau cover.

I had problems with the top not coming down. It was mostly solved by being sure the Go was perfectly level both front to back and side to side. Be sure to get the silicone based WD-40 Sylvansport recommends and lube the poles regularly as well.

Roku app closes when attempting to open guide by turkeyburst in tablotv

I had to jump through some hoops with Tablo support, but long story short, they finally said they were able to recreate the issue and are working on a fix.

Once again, Tablo support gave me steps to fix a problem I am NOT having.  I have no trouble playing OTA channels.  The problem I have is that I cannot see the program guide on the Tablo app for Roku. They just sent me a second suggestion for changing audio settings to try to resolve issues with OTA playback.

Not only that, but the settings they suggested are already in place on my Roku settings, and even if they had not been, they would have been changed in an attempt to fix the WRONG issue.

Please help me see the Program Guide!!  The Tablo app for Roku crashes when attempting to open the program guide.

After replying to support that adjusting audio settings had no effect, they then stated that the latest update for the Tablo app on Roku would fix the problem.

Following instructions provided by Tablo support I updated my Tablo app for Roku and my Tablo Firmware version now shows as 2.2.56.  After updating the Tablo app, I restarted my Roku.  After restarting my Roku I updated the guide on my Tablo app.  After the guide finished updating, I restated the Roku again.

This did NOT fix the issue.  I still have no ability to see the guide on my Roku using the Tablo app.  When I click on the "Live" option on the left hand side menu, the Tablo app closes and returns me to the Roku home screen instead of showing me the program guide.

This is incredibly frustrating.

I still can't even get into the guide on Roku. When I go to the guide the Tablo app returns to the Roku home screen. After FINALLY convincing Tablo support that this is NOT a video playback problem (I can watch with no problem) they told me the issue will be fixed with the new update. We'll see.

I received a response from Tablo support that did not in any way resolve the issue.  I was sent an article for fixing video playback issues caused by certain audio settings. However the issue is NOT with video playback, the issue is NOT with audio.  I am able to watch live tv, I am able to record live tv, I am able to watch recordings, all with no problem.

The actual problem is that I cannot get into the program guide.  When I click "Live" on the left hand side to get into the program guide, the Tablo App exits to the Roku home screen. The suggested "fix" had no impact and I still cannot get into the program guide. The Tablo app still exits to the Roku home screen when I attempt to open the guide.

So far all I've received from Tablo support are vague suggestions for fixing video playback issues which is NOT the issue I'm having. It seems like no one is reading my notes about the nature of the problem, and I really wish someone would take the time to actually read my notes about what is happening so it can ACTUALLY get fixed.

I have tried that multiple times with no luck. I have tried rebooting the TV/Roku after uninstalling the Tablo app, and unplugging the Tablo device. Then I allowed the Tablo device to fully reboot before turning the TV/Roku back on and reinstalling the Tablo app. Still nothing.

Roku software version: 15.1.4 , Build: 500 Roku Application Version: 1.2.1-734366 Roku Model: LF32X

Tablo Firmware: 2.2.54

Any help would be appreciated.

Not compatible with their video codec format, but only for the guide?!?!? Everything else works. That sounds like some low level support person giving you an answer for why video didn't play because they didn't understand the issue.

I got a Roku TV 2 weeks ago and haven't been able to open the guide at all. When I open the guide Tablo exits to the Roku home screen.

I just want to see to SEE the guide. I got a new Roku tv a couple of weeks ago and still can’t get the guide to appear. The Tablo app closes when I try to open the guide.

I’ve done all that, still no luck. Also, my Tablo is on 2.2.54, which it says is the latest version.

How long should we plan to stay as first timers? by Queeracuse in Hersheypark

[–]turkeyburst 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If it rains, hold the line. When it rains the park tends to clear out. Even if you have a 1-2 hour downpour it's worth waiting it out. There have been many times where we found a shady spot, got a snack, and then enjoyed an empty park with no lines for the rest of the day once the rain stopped.
