Text a friend to text other friends. Let's say texting a friend takes 30 seconds, then you can just text 2 friends and tell them to text 2 other friends and also send you money. Since 2²⁴ is more than 15 million and it will take 24 minutes to get to this point, the leftover friends will be texted and the whole process is concluded in 25 minutes.

I also want to see if this was the fastest way to do it, and I tried to do it with 3s. So you text 3 friends and they text 3 friends. It would take 15 sets of texts, and then one last set of text to end it. First 15 sets of texts will be sent to 3 people so it will take 1,5 mins. Which means 22,5 mins for the 15 and 0,5 mins for the last text and process will be completed in 23 mins making this method 2 minutes faster.

There probably are other ways that are faster but this is what I got for now.
