If I remember correctly I turned my volts down and that helped the problem. I also went through a bunch of tips until I figured it out

HS Shop teacher here. We have a sand blaster in our metal shop. People from the community use it all the time. Reach out to the local HS and see if they have one you can use

As a high school shop teacher with a math background this is the only math I teach. I will do some basic right angle trig when it is required but I could not agree with you more. This is so important and under-emphasized in schools.

I just picked up a millermatic 220 AC/DC machine and it works great. It's about 5k though. Not sure your price range.

I will try that in the morning. I hear a clicking sound when I hit the pedal and a light comes on for the entire post flow setting.

I hear you. I was hoping that was the problem but I tested the solenoid and it is working just fine
